Description

Fix the paketobuildpacks/builder-jammy-tiny tag to 0.0.505. Currently the tag is latest

Aceptance Criteria

  • Docker image has fixed tag 0.0.505.
  • Native build works without errors.
  • Code is deployed to staging and works.
## Description Fix the `paketobuildpacks/builder-jammy-tiny` tag to [0.0.505](https://hub.docker.com/layers/paketobuildpacks/builder-jammy-tiny/0.0.505/images/sha256-12deab6b1dbae698a7ad67796f06ba5049492f3723f036b5be9c083f6ce29068).
